Choose or create your design
Start from one of our 32 designs across six ranges, or bring your own concept. Our plans are fully customisable without the custom-builder price tag.

Design & inclusions
Personalise the plan and inclusions to suit your needs, desires, style and budget. Our team guides you through every selection with helpful advice and recommendations.

Council, siting & approvals
We work with local councils, engineers, trades, suppliers and manufacturers so you don't have to navigate the paperwork alone.

Construction with weekly updates
Our team of quality trades gets to work, and you get a weekly update throughout the build so the process stays clear from slab to roof.

Handover & beyond
We walk you through your finished home, hand over the keys, and stay on call for maintenance questions after you've moved in.
